As a professionally trained chef with extensive experience cooking food that is gluten free, grain free, paleo, autoimmune protocol and free of many other ingredients that need to be avoided due to allergies or intolerances, I'm here for you. My diagnosis of celiac disease in 2009 meant I had to leave the mainstream food industry where I had been comfortable for so many years. Since then I've dedicated myself to helping others in their gluten free and food health journeys.
I believe the best ingredients make the best food. Where and how our food was grown matters. When healing ourselves through diet, organic, local, pasture-raised, sustainable, grass-fed should be our common language. Processed foods, while sometimes yummy and convenient, are not healthy and can even be addictive! Fruits, veggies, non-factory farmed meats and wild caught seafood are what I use to create delicious, safe meals for you and your family.
If you are feeling overwhelmed or just short on time and, like me, need to eat a certain way, I understand. Through my personal chef services, I'll help you adjust to a new way of eating and provide peace of mind that real food can be ready for you when needed. From stocking your fridge with prepared meals, cooking lessons, meal planning or label reading, we can work together to customize what best fits your needs.
